Development

Once the UI designs are ready, the Project Manager creates a project plan based on the scope of work defined by the pre-sales team in the business proposal. This project plan serves as a comprehensive guide for the development team to follow. We adhere to a distributed agile methodology for project management, allowing the team to work according to the defined roadmap and accommodate changes as needed. This approach ensures we develop robust and scalable products. We break down the entire scope into sprints and execute them accordingly. As part of our standard process, we send build releases according to the defined milestones to ensure the team adheres to project deadlines and avoids any delays in delivery.

Testing & QA

As part of our development process, we conduct comprehensive QC and testing procedures. Testing and development occur simultaneously, ensuring clients receive intermediate builds for testing upon the completion of each milestone, covering the features listed in the task list. Our test teams prepare various documents to enhance communication among team members and stakeholders. These documents, known as test deliverables, are provided to the client along with the final product. Our expert testing team collaborates with developers at every phase of the project to ensure no build is passed on to the client without thorough quality checks.

Deployment

The Solcare server team assists you in launching your application in a specific environment. Deployment begins once the code is thoroughly tested and approved for release from the production environment. As part of our development services, we help configure and set up the application on the live server. Our process involves two steps: first staging the application, and then activating it after successful staging. Our server experts handle installation, configuration, testing, and performance optimization. We also provide comprehensive training to all our clients to address any server complications that may arise.

Support & Maintenance

At Solcare, we focus on creating well-designed applications and support you throughout the product lifecycle. From bug fixing to major overhauls, and from adding new features to corrective maintenance, we are with you every step of the way. We offer free maintenance for a specified period for projects we’ve developed, and beyond that, we provide exclusive support and maintenance packages tailored to your project’s future enhancement plans. During the support period, we deliver weekly and monthly maintenance reports to help you understand the project’s health, allowing you to test, measure, analyze, and build your next-level business strategy.”
